Hello! I'm Karl.
As the Compliance Manager I am responsible for overseeing my team, the overall compliance process and ensure we are following the protocols for all the frameworks we are on. I feel proud of the stringent processes we have in place to ensure every candidate is vetted thoroughly and consistently. As a company we take safeguarding very seriously and as a result, invested in several pieces of software including a government approved passport scanner.
I am known for being challenging and extremely thorough and I won’t let anything pass which I am not comfortable with.
