Hello! I'm Darryl.
When I created TLTP Medical in 2008 together with Lisa Camp I wanted us to be known for attracting the best people in the market whilst simultaneously working with the some of the biggest NHS Trusts and private medical establishments in the country. Fast forward to the present day and I am proud to say with the support of all the recruitment consultants and back office team we have achieved our initial aim of being a leading independent medical agency who are on several key frameworks.
As the CEO my main responsibility remains to ensure my team adheres to the vision and values of our company and this is cascaded down to their teams. I’m very lucky to have, what I believe to be, an awesome and talented team. I enjoy the fast-paced nature of working in recruitment and the way you get to meet some amazing and surprising people, who you would never come across in everyday life.
