Hello! I'm Lisa.
I oversee the whole of TLTP Medical and TLTP Care services from the offering, candidate management, client relationship to directing and supporting all of my team. I am a people’s person and love to talk so when I fell into recruitment 20 years ago it was the perfect match. I’ve worked my way up from a junior consultant to heading up the medical and care divisions as the Managing Director. The knowledge, skills and experience I have gained is invaluable and this is something I share and use to support my team to grow and develop their recruitment careers.
My team are my pride and joy and I love working with such a dedicated, loyal and committed team of staff. I believe in team work and this something I have instilled in my team; to all work together and support each other in order to deliver a professional and high-quality service to all our clients and candidates.
I enjoy building and retaining relationships with clients and candidates. I am often out of the office meeting with clients to better understand their business needs and discuss recruitment solutions. I hold my role with great responsibility and nothing motivates me more than receiving positive feedback from the clients we serve.
To further strengthen our compliance and auditing processes, Lisa has completed the Workforce Alliance and TWS II Nursing and AHP Compliance Training.
